  merge with lp:~indra-vamos/kaliveda/IV rev 501.
  - The first calibration of VAMOS events is implemented and processed
    during the analysis recon->ident. The energy of each VAMOS's nucleus
    is obtained from the energy measured in the fired detectors. This energy
    is corrected by taking into account the energy losses in the stripping foil
    (KVVAMOSReconNuc::GetStripFoilEnergyLoss()) and in the target (GetTargetEnergyLoss())
  - For now the calibration does not use the tracking results.
  - The stripping foil and the target are not defined anymore as TGeoVolume (for VAMOS)
    but as KVMaterial and as KVTarget respectively
