  fixed bug with ROOT geometry for INDRA
   - if ROOT geometry was chosen (gIndra->SetROOTGeometry(1)), and
     then reverted to KV geometry (gIndra->SetROOTGeometry(0)), and
     then chosen again (gIndra->SetROOTGeometry(1)), the second time
     the energy losses in etalon telescopes were unknown.
