* corrects major bug with imported ROOT geometries:
inconsistency between detector volume and transformation matrix,
angles given by e.g. KVDetector::GetRandomAngles() for all but the
simplest detector geometries could be wrong.
* improved positioning of etalon telescopes in ROOT geometry
