  in all cases this is the 5th campaign calibration with gain parameter
  a1 adjusted to E613 data
  Ring1: CsI energy calculated from calibrated energy loss in silicon
  detectors
  Rings2-10: gain adjustment using global scaling factor S_XY used to
  adapt 5th campaign grids to E613 data
