Christopher,
The problem did occur, it does not happen all the time, it very random and I did not report this before as i had a standard hard drive and the reboot and load was slow, now with SSD I have been more active as everything runs quicker... So im also more active... 
I have tried to look into this or similar issues but can't come up with anything yet..
The good news, it happens once or twice a month so its durable to deal with.
