  [X101CH] Opening display lid fails to wake system up from S3

Bug description:
  1. Closing display lid to activate S3 -> system enters s3 successfully
  2. Opening display lid to awake system from s3 -

  * Expected Results:
  System resumes from s3

  * Actual Results:
  System remains in S3 mode
