hi, installed w7 & fresh install of ubuntu 13.04. after update the
kernel i have the same identical problem.

Bug description:
  hi,

  i have this problem from 12.04 to 13.04

  i can reproduce all the problems :
  1) if i click on left button and try to select (using 2 different fingers) some element (like word in a website) the icon of mouse have a strange comportament, "jump".

  if i try to put my finger into touchpad on "Left touchpad button" (or Right touchpad button) and try to scroll my finger over the button the mouse's pointer moves, instead it should not!

  2) in this mouse there are a led (TouchPad on/off button) but NOT work. From manual I have this description : "Turns the TouchPad
  on and off. Quickly double-tap the button to turn the TouchPad on and off."
