  13.04 Kernel Panic Not Syncing - Attempted to kill init - error code=
  0x0000009

Bug description:
  I'm having an issue booting 13.04. I did a search on the forum but
  nothing popped up. Basically, it installs fine but upon a reboot into
  the installation I get a kernel panic: not syncing: Attempted to kill
  exitcode=0x00000009.
