Bug description:
  SRU Justification for linux-firmware
  ------------------------------------

  [Impact]
Precise users with Raring kernel installed will not be able to use this wireless device.

  [Fix]
Wireless works if rtl8723fw_B.bin and rtlwifi/rtl8723fw.bin are present. They should be backported to linux-firmware.

  [Test case]
Po-Hsu has verified that wireless works if and only if the above two firmware files are present when running linux-image-3.8.0-26.

  CID: 201211-12071 Dell Vostro 5460

Wireless does not work on this system.
Tried with 12.04.2 + dist-upgrade, but nothing changed.

Bluetooth did work, but it will disappear after suspend.
Cannot be found with rfkill list. Also disappear in lsusb.
However, if you press the wireless key, it will be back.
