Bug description:
  With Ubuntu 12.10 I'm using already Linux version 3.5.0-26-generic. I
  experience this issue since a few days. The Upgrade to 12.10 was in
  10/12. I also tried the test Kernel 3.5.0-030500rc1.201211071629 which
  was marked as working in the Bug #1046800.
