  Backlight control doesn't work in Samsung x520

Bug description:
  Backlight controls on Samsung laptos are a little strange and each new laptop seems to have the same set of problems:
  1) Pressing FN+UP/ FN+DOWN (backlight +/-) does not produce key release events thus hanging the keyboard in X
      (this problem is now fixable in userspace by writing to /sys/devices/platform/i8042/serio0/force_release
  2) Backlight control doesn't do anything (even if the keys are recognized)

  Similar bugs exist for most popular Samsung laptops
