Then,
I completely uninstalled bcmwl-kernel-source, b43-fwcutter and firmware-b43-installer,
and installed linux-firmware-nonfree.
Solves the problem.

  Since update to 3.2.0-37 wireless is broken.
  Restart of nm-manager, reboot (also to kernel image -36) has no effect.
  There was no change of config. Connecting to router ip fails.
