  I have tried on several different wifi networks in varied
  environments, and I see this happening quite a bit. Trying on upstream
  kernel 3.4.12, this wasn't a problem, nor was it an issue in precise.
  I have not seen the effect on the 3.6.0 upstream kernel either.
