Title:
  ehci_hcd  force halt

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I'm trying to use USB DVB-T tuner - Media-Tech MT 4168 based on ITE 9135. I'm using VLC.
  After approx. one second playback freeze, syslog shows:
  [ 1022.479908] ehci_hcd 0000:00:12.2: force halt; handshake ffffc90000c6e024 00004000 00000000 -> -110
  [ 1022.479916] ehci_hcd 0000:00:12.2: HC died; cleaning up
  [ 1022.479942] usb 1-1: USB disconnect, device number 2

  When I'm stopping VLC:
  [ 1193.093606] dvb-usb: error while stopping stream.
  [ 1193.095566] dvb-usb: ITE 9135(9006) Generic successfully deinitialized and disconnected.

  This same device (USB DVB-T) on my Lenovo ThinkPad X121e AMD E-450,
  Ubuntu 12.10 64bit works without such problems.
