Title:
Lenovo Z585 fails to resume after suspending
Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
Upon suspending using the keyboard (Fn-F1) to suspend, then tapping
the power button, I see the CapsLk LED responding to the CapsLk key.
The screen never lights up. The power button goes from blinking to on,
and the fan comes on.
Attached kern_suspend_from_kbd.log is captured shortly after re-
booting, following a failed resume from a keyboard-initiated suspend.
When I suspend by closing the lid, and then resume by opening it, the
CapsLk LED is unresponsive. Otherwise, it's just like with using the
keyboard to suspend.
Attached kern_suspend_from_lid.log is captured shortly after re-
booting following a failed resume from a lid-initiated suspend.
