Title:
Crash man page refers to Red Hat

Status in “crash” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: crash

The crash man page explicitly refers to Red Hat vs. being distribution
  neutral:

Crash is a tool for interactively analyzing the state of the Linux
system while it is running, or after a kernel crash has occurred
and a core dump has been created by the Red Hat netdump, diskdump,
  kdump, or xendump facilities.
