  [Lenovo ThinkPad T430s 2356] Docking in 17ef:100a MiniDock 3 Freezes

Bug description:
  When I dock my ThinkPad T430s to my Lenovo ThinkPad Mini Dock Plus
  Series 3 (17ef:100a) my System Freezes, I can just move my mouse but
  that in a very slow way (Every 2 Seconds the position is updated).

  What I expect is xrandr to set to the external screens but it doesn't
  (which by the way works if I do it manually - therefor I must be in
  Console 1-6 While I am Docking type the command and Press enter before
  the system freeses).
