is available for your BIOS (R2087H4). If you update to this, does it
change anything?

If not, could you please both specify what happened, and provide the output of the following terminal command:
sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Keys "touchpad on/off", "zoom in/out", and special keys "assist" and "vaio" don't work.
  "showkeys -s" showa nothing.  After stopping acpid and reading /proc/acpi/event got keys events.
