[Bug 1020481] Re: 1814:0601 Ubuntu 12.04 network becomes unresponsive with Linksys WMP600N

is available for your BIOS (2203). If you update to this, does it change
anything?

If not, could you please both specify what happened, and provide the output of the following terminal command:
sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date

Please note your current BIOS is already in the Bug Description, so
posting this on the old BIOS would not be helpful.

Bug description:
  When downloading files the WiFi becomes uncommunicative.
  Disconnecting and reconnecting WiFi renables the network but the
  problem does not go away.

  I've performed two fresh installs of 12.04 both having same problem.
  System is dual boot with Windows 7 which experiences no network
  problems.
