Bug description:
When I use "sudo reboot" or "sudo shutdown -r now" in Ubuntu 5.10 Kernel 2.6.12
, the computer reboots but during the boot process it freezes on the line that
says "Starting hotplug Subsystem". This issue also hanppened when i was using
Ubuntu 5.4 with kernel 2.6.10.
Plus after the reboot if you boot to Windows (using bootloader) windows startup
process will freeze too. However if user shuts down the computer completely and
then power on the computer the issue disappears. It seems when doing a reboot
some resources are not unallocted properly.
Let me know if you need any log or something.
