collect command.

Bug description:
  kernel 3.11.0.1-generic from ubuntu 13.10 (installed on top of ubuntu
  13.04):

  Kernel module r8169 is present in config file
  /boot/config-3.11.0-1-generic, but missing from the deb package, thus
  wired network is not available.
