  Touchpad middle button not  working in Dell precision m6400/m6500
  after maverick upgrade

Bug description:
  The middlebutton of the touchpad in a dell precision m6400 and m6500
  laptops stopped working after upgrade from karmic to maverick. This is
  a regression that started from Ubuntu 2.6.35-22-generic kernel
  onwards. When using the equivalent mainline kernels, the middlebutton
  works without problems.
