I have installed kernel 3.11 RC5 in Ubuntu 12.04 and finally everything
works fine.

  Summary:

  with the Card Reader driver rts5139 "USBID:[0bda:0129]" USB ports
  doesn't work correctly, if i insert a usb pendrive or usb mouse, they
  are not detected. if i blacklist the module rts5139 in blacklist.conf
  the USB ports works correctly but the card reader no longer works.
