Hi Christopher, I have reduced internet connectivity atm but the
problem is resolved in Precise (although the Nebula DigiTV remote
still doesn't work).
Apologies if I didn't make this clear previously.

Title:
  Nebula DigiTV DVB-T (PCI) no longer works under Lucid

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  After upgrading from Hardy to Lucid, cannot use Nebula DVB-T PCI after
  boot.

  WORKAROUND: (a) try to watch tv (using mythtv) (b) stop mythtv-
  backend; (c) modprobe -r dvb_bt8xx; (d) modprobe dvb_bt8xx (e) restart
  mythtv-backend.

  A similar bug (368215) was reported for Jaunty but never fully
  resolved.
