[Bug 1214071] Re: [ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. X201EP] suspend/resume failure

Michael Nelson, the next step would be to bisect from Precise to
Quantal, in order to identify the commit that caused this regression.
Could you please do this following
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/KernelBisection ?

Title:
[ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. X201EP] suspend/resume failure

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Suspend was working after upgrading to saucy, but failed after
updating today (I hadn't updated for a week or two).

Screen goes blank, but fan and disk keep spinning.

  Steps to reproduce:
  1) Fresh reboot,
  2) Suspend and resume

  ER: everything works as usual.
AR: kworker thread starts using 100% cpu (bug 1213917), and next suspend fails.
