  Screen brightness setting has no affect on HP ProBook 6560b

Bug description:
  When trying to set screen brightness I can see the brightness
  indicator moving, but screen brightness does not change. The
  brightness is always full (slightly too bright for me). I have ubuntu
  12.04 and HP Probook 6560b.
