  [mi] EQ overflowing- klauncher doesn't see the DBUS server

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 12.04 32 bit,  Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-24-generic, kdm+ MATE.
  Hardware: ATI Radeon 9200SE 5964 (AGP)

  1. See /var/log/kdm.log: klauncher(1667) kdemain: No DBUS session-bus found. Check if you have started the DBUS server. 
  But DBUS is running after login:
  root@picipaci:~# service dbus start
  start: Job is already running: dbus

  2. gedit, pluma, leafpad, gparted-pkexec.. doesn't run as root from terminal.  At the same time they start propely from terminal with normal user. Error message for gedit:
