[Bug 1292765] Re: [Dell Inc. XPS13 9333] suspend/resume failure
I appears that this may be an issue with Intel AMT, as suggested here:
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=86241
A possible fix may be blacklisting the "mei_me" and "mei" modules in
etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
