Title:
  utopic kernel can't make ethernet workable on Samsung exynos5440 sleds
  board

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  On Samsung exynos5440 sleds board, ethernet phy is attached as the fixed phy mode, which can be
  seen from the following part in arch/arm/boot/dts/exynos5440-sd5v1.dts of linux kernel:

      gmac: ethernet@00230000 {
          fixed-link {
              speed = <1000>;
              full-duplex;
          };
      };

  Unfortunately the above dts definition doesn't use the standard fixed
  link dts binding, also the ethernet driver of stmmac doesn't parse
  fixed link binding, so cause ethernet not workable at all on utopic.

  The two patches in below tree can add the fixed link support in stmmac
  and changes the fixed link description into current standard binding:

      git://kernel.ubuntu.com/ming/ubuntu-utopic.git exynos5440-net-fix

  72bf502 UBUNTU: SAUCE: (no-up) net: stmmac: add fixed_phy support via
  fixed-link DT binding
  65a6d09 UBUNTU: SAUCE: (no-up) ARM: exynos5440-sd5v1: switch to
  fixed-link DT binding

  Thanks,
