  overlayfs fails to whiteout CMakeLists.txt

Bug description:
  When using overlayfs inside a schroot it seems to fail to whiteout
  certain files. I've attached the script that I use to mount the
  directory inside the schroot to the bug report, along with other
  necessary files.
