I'm currenlty running a Live CD of Ubuntu 13.10 with this kernel:
Linux ubuntu 3.11.0-4-generic #9-Ubuntu SMP Mon Aug 26 15:21:06 UTC 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

My wireless card is not detected, while running the Live CD:

Bug description:
  Today, after applying updates suggested by Ubuntu's Update Manager, my
  Wireless Card stopped working.

  I determined my wireless card with the following command:
  lspci | grep -i wireless
  04:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4322 802.11a/b/g/n Wireless

  I determined my kernel with the following command:
  uname -a
  Linux  3.5.0-18-generic #29-Ubuntu SMP Fri Oct 19 10:26:51 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

  Why did this kernel update cause my wireless card to stop working?
