  Mic Mute LED does not work on Dell latitude 3150

Bug description:
  STEPS:
      1. Install M4 image
      2. Launch audio recording app to record audio (ie. audacity)
      3. During the sound record, press mic mute key and keep recording for a few seconds
      4. Press mic mute key again
      5. Playback the recorded audio

  Expect result:
  Mic mute LED should work.

  Actual result:
  1. Hotkey function works
  2. Mic mute LED does not work
