[Bug 1218196] Re: ASUS X54C. Key sequence Fn + F9 not working. Touchpad not responding.
Christopher M. Penalver (penalvch), In Ubuntu 12.04 Precise since kernel
version 3.2.43, in 12.10 Quantal and 13.04 Raring not have this
problem. Function keys work fine on these versions of the operating
system without any problem. Only the latest version 13.10 has this
problem. The problem occurs with the first releases daily saucy. Updated
kernel from mainline PPA repository does not solve the problem. I have
the latest version of BIOS.
