[Bug 1030858] Re: 0bda:8176 RTL8188CUS does not connect to wireless networks
Seems not to be okay.
Installed 14.04-2 lts and using wifi usb dongle with rtl 8188UC chipset.
There are many many connection cuts. Mostly only the first request goes
through, maybe a second. Then it takes ages to load something. YOu have
to reconnect or even reboot to be able to use the net again....

Bug description:
The network manager will show the wireless card and networks, but will
ask for the network password again after trying to connect.
There are drivers for this card from the Realtek website that no
longer work.
