Title:
firewire_ohci bug (Failed to reset ohci card)

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I'm trying to set up an external firewire audio interface. The
interface (Presonus FP10) has been "Reported to work" with ffado (see
  http://www.ffado.org/?q=devicesupport%2Flist&filter0=Presonus&filter1=&op2=OR&filter2[]=**ALL**).

Posible duplicate of bug #1163320, but i want to apport a full report
so i'm creating this new one

This problem happened on an Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS system (Release:
  12.04). Ubuntu Studio amd64.

While expecting the audio interface to be mounted at "/dev/fw0" or
something like that, it was not.

I would like to help debugging this but i need some guidance because
my knowledge about linux system is limited. Please tell me what can i
do to help solving this. While waiting some response, i'm going to try
with a newer kernel release as suggested on the coments of bug
#1163320 and i will inform the results.
