Vivid (15.04) is now based on a 3.19 kernel and contains the referenced
commits. I'm marking this Fix Released.

Bug description:
  To provide new PCIID and APCIID for braswell new components in order to allow certain features to be exposed on the platform. This should be considered a house cleaning task which is required for every platform that the identifiers has changed.

  PWM 
  USB 
  USB-device 

  Upstream Status:
  3.18 except  GPIO/pinctrl driver and USB3 device patches.
