[Bug 1434442] Re: [Vostro 3549] Wireless key does not work on 14.04.2

Add "options dell_laptop force_rfkill=1" into /etc/modprobe.d/dell.conf
will make the key "partially" work

Before the key press:
ubuntu@201408-15444:~$ rfkill list
0: dell-wifi: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
1: dell-bluetooth: Bluetooth
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
2: phy0: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
3: brcmwl-0: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
4: hci0: Bluetooth
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no

After the key press:
ubuntu@201408-15444:~$ rfkill list
0: dell-wifi: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: yes
1: dell-bluetooth: Bluetooth
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: yes
2: phy0: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
3: brcmwl-0: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
4: hci0: Bluetooth
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no

I say it's partially working because if you re-enable the wireless and Bluetooth with the hot key, they're not hard blocked anymore, but Bluetooth indicator shows it's in OFF state.

Not sure if this is related to a not-working Bluetooth hardware (21D7).
