I built a Vivid test kernel with a cherry pick of commit: f9b61ff . The test kernel can be downloaded from:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~jsalisbury/lp1432405
Can you test this kernel and see if it resolves this bug? If it does, we
can request this commit in the upstream stable kernels, Vivid and SRU to
Utopic.
Note, you will need to install both the linux-image and linux-image-
extra .deb packages.
