[Bug 1433568] Re: PCM mixer controls just line out, and Line out mixer missing

Bug description:
  I don't know this PCM really well, but I am used to that it controls
  volume of several outputs together with other mixers like Master mixer
  does. However, here PCM controls volume of Line out (i.e. analog out),
  but does not work with Headphone or Speaker. I would expect there was
  a specific mixer called Line out for controlling line out volume.
