We changed the default sysrq value in procps (1:3.3.3-2ubuntu2) quantal

Bug description:
As per the debian bug report found at [0] it is possible to use the
keyboard combination Alt+SysRq+F to invoke the oom killer and
sometimes (as a result) terminate the running gnome-screensaver.
