Title:
14e4:4331 [MacBookPro9,2] 41%+ packet loss
Status in Broadcom 802.11 Linux STA driver:
New
Status in bcmwl package in Ubuntu:
Triaged
Bug description:
Computer is suffering unusually high packet loss (41%+) with 802.11n through a Verizon Jetpack MiFi 5510L (latest router firmware). I tried turning off WiFi power management via sudo iwconfig wlan1 power off (I found it enabled), but no change. Other WiFi hardware (cell phones, etc.), and other/same operating systems don't have this problem. This occurs with the release kernel in Utopic, and well as latest:
