[Bug 1439786] Re: 10de:0cbc [HP EliteBook 8540w] Max resolution of 1024x768 with nouveau

After a fresh installation of Vivid I only have a resolution of
1024x768.
Using xrandr and a custom xorg.conf file I might be able to get a bigger
resolution (not finished testing it now).
