Yes, it shows up multiple times, and if I click "continue" it sends the 
same bug report multiple times for the same bug. It's not like I'm 
trying to spam the bug report with the same bug, but when the error 
message pops up and I click continue it sends the report.

  I get multiple system problems upon every boot. it seems CPU#0 is
  getting stuck for a number of seconds and the system problem
  notifications all allude to the times that CPU#0 has been stuck.
