  bluetooth needs to restart after plugin a bluetooth stick

Status in bluez package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  1. start computer
  2. plug a bluetooth stick in your usb port
  3. nothing happens 

  ____
  4. sudo killall bluetoothd
  5. sudo /usr/sbin/bluetoothd
  6. now it works like it should

  tested with natty and oneiric
