[Bug 1445840] Re: 10ec:8176 10-20% packet loss on 802.11n network

** Summary changed:

- 10ec:8176 10% packet loss on 802.11n network
+ 10ec:8176 10-20% packet loss on 802.11n network

** Description changed:

- I have 10%+ packet loss on a 802.11n 2.4GHz network, 2-1200ms latency
+ I have 10%+ packet loss on a 802.11n 2.4GHz network, 2-3200ms latency
pinging just the gateway 192.168.1.1. The computer is ~4 feet away from
a Verizon Jetpack MiFi 5510L, with no obstructions between them. Other
clients (Ubuntu with different chipset, Windows) don't have this
problem. The mainline 4.0 kernel seemed to work much better, so I'll go
forward on the assumption this is fixed.
