Bug description:
  CID: 201305-13534 Dell Precision M4800

  Unable to install the fglrx / fglrx-updates driver on 14.04.2, when
  you try to install this from software-properties-gtk, it will fail
  with:

  Warning: install transaction not completed successfully: Transaction failed: Package dependencies cannot be resolved
   The following packages have unmet dependencies:

  fglrx: Depends: libqtcore4 (>= 4:4.8.4) but 4:4.8.5+git192-g085f851+dfsg-2ubuntu4 is to be installed
         Depends: xorg-video-abi-15 but it is a virtual package
