  No USB + 15.04 w/ 3.19.0-15.15-generic

Bug description:
  Dell e7250 laptop running Ubuntu 15.04

  Originally upgraded to 15.04 running kernel 3.16.0-34-generic.  USBS functioned as expected.
  Updated to 3.19.0-15 through apt-get and all USBS ceased functioning as well as the DP port(s).  This included through the docking station and directly through the laptop.

  In addition, display port monitors do are not recognized plugged into
  the docking station..

  15.04 w/ 3.16.0-34-generic Laptop w/ docking station
  Monitors(Minus MST) = OK
  USBS = OK
  NIC = OK
  Power = OK

  15.04 w/ 3.19.0-15-generic Laptop w/docking station
  DP Montiors = not recognized
  USBs = not recognized
  NIC = OK
  Power = OK

  15.04 w/ 3.19.0-15 Laptop only
  Ext Monitor ( DP -> Mini DP = Not recognized
  USBs = Not recognized
  NIC = OK
  Power = OK

  xrandr:
