  Screen Flicker for Toshiba Satellite

Bug description:
  I just upgraded to Ubuntu Vivid. My Toshiba Satellite laptop has a
  flicker with kernel 3.19. It had a screen flicker that began with 3.18
  and was supposed to be cured with kernel 3.19 but evidently persists
  with kernel 3.19
