  0586:341f rtl8192cu drivers very low dl-ul-speed

Bug description:
  With the kernel drivers, my device based on the rtl8192cu chipset
  shows very poor performance (~50 kb/s downlink).

  The debug information attached is with the drivers mentioned above
  installed.

  WORKAROUND: Install drivers via realtek:
  http://www.realtek.com/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=2&PNid=21&PFid=48&Level=5&Conn=4&ProdID=277&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false&Downloads=true

  According to this page, this driver is merged into the main kernel
  since 3.0.2.
