Does this issue go away if you boot the 3.19.0-11 kernel?  It can be
downloaded from:

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/3.19.0-11.11/+build/7124006

You would need to install the following two packages:

linux-image-3.19.0-11-generic 3.19.0-11.11
linux-image-extra-3.19.0-11-generic 3.19.0-11.11
